48 Hour Cancellation Policy
Mending Hands asks that you please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice you will be required to make payment for 50% of your missed service in order to be rescheduled. "No Shows" will also be held to this policy.
If you have a series or gift certificate and cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be granted a one-time waiver. If a last minute cancellation occurs again, Mending Hands reserves the right to charge the gift certificate or deduct one session if your appointment time cannot be filled by another client.
